01What do we need to start a Green Rocket pilot?

Start with one defined reporting scope, one owner, and a small set of sample documents. For an AASB / ASRS S2 pilot, prepare the organization profile, reporting year, financial thresholds or group classification inputs, governance documents, climate risk material, emissions or energy records, and any existing sustainability reporting templates. For a PC007 pilot, prepare the agency name, agency type, phase assumption if known, governance documents, emissions or energy records, climate risk material, and any existing reporting templates. Green Rocket can then map those inputs into onboarding fields, milestones, evidence requirements, review states, and an export-ready pilot workflow.

02How does Green Rocket decide which requirements apply to our organization?
